What is AI Workforce OS?

AI Workforce OS is a multi-tenant HR and workforce management platform. It brings together core HR record-keeping, day-to-day operational HR (attendance, leave, payroll, compensation), talent management (recruitment, performance, learning), operational tooling (tasks, assets), and an AI layer — all behind one web application and a public API. It runs as a responsive web app with an installable Progressive Web App (PWA) mode; there is no separate native mobile app.
